She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Tusa and Lucy Tusa (Adamo). She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Giarratana, Jr.; her children, Karen A. Tornambe of Port Royal, Lori A. Hare (David) of Mifflintown, William Giarratana, III of Mifflintown and Janet Milewski Esposito (Richard) of Greenwich, CT; and her sister RoseMarie Lacognata of Parmuas, NJ. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and eighteen great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Mrs. Giarratana to the St. Jude's Catholic Church, PO.
