He is survived by: his wife Anna G. Weaver (Yoder); and his children, Seth A. Weaver (Betsy) of McAlisterville, Leon M. Weaver (Veronica) of Mifflintown, Rosanna M. Petersheim (Mark) of McAlisterville, Amanda K. Weaver and Emery D. Weaver. He is also survived by four grandsons and four granddaughters.
