He was predeceased by: his parents, David T. Bell, Sr. and Audrey Bell (Hopple); his children, Gerald Losch and Rachelle Flanagan; his grandsons, Kody Bell and Matthew Smith; and his great grandchildren, Madison Smith and Miranda Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. (Renninger); and his children, Alan Bell (Shirley) of Mifflintown, Joel Bell (Anh) of Mifflintown and Deirdre Bell of Mifflintown. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
