He was predeceased by: his parent Charles W.. He is survived by: his parent Wanda L. Gutshall (Amtower); his wife Fran Gutshall (Davis); his children, Alice Osborne (Philip) of Mifflintown and Charles Gutshall (Heather) of Marysville; his stepchildren, Dusty Weiand (Michael) of Mifflintown and Shane Armstrong (Elizabeth) of Port Royal; and his brother Kim D. Gutshall of Mifflintown. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren also a great-grandson.
