She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale W. Packard and Marian P. Packard (Patterson); her husband Sylvester J. Bumgardner; her sister Marian Beatty; and her son-in-law Mickey L. Wagner, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Mangeri (Salvatore) of Winchester, Diana Fosselman (Preston) of McAlisterville, Lisa Goss (Michael) of Lewistown, Sherry Wagner of Milroy and Robert Bumgardner of Burnham; and her brother Charles R. Packard of Lewistown. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
