He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn A. Sr. Kerstetter and Thelma Kerstetter (Peck); his foster mother Nellie Burd (Gray); and his brother Kent Burd. He is survived by: his foster father Herb Burd Jr. of Port Royal; his wife Deborah F. Kerstetter (Yocum); his children, Dulcie E. Peck (Matthew) of Spruce Hill and Mandy J. Kerstetter (Ladonna Kerstetter) of Spruce Hill; his siblings, Mary Shrawder (Ken) of McClure, Glenn A. Kerstetter Jr. of Val Dese, NC, Dorothy Springman of Williamsport, Connie Lyons of Williamsport, Ronald Kerstetter of Mifflin and Nancy Rhoades (Terry) of Port Royal; and his grandsons, Jonathon Peck and Kaden Kerstetter.

The family will provide all funeral flowers and kindly ask that donations in Mr. Kerstetter's memory can be made to Juniata Touchdown Club, c/o Teresa Wisehaupt, 2 North Main St., Mifflintown, PA 17059.
