It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Parks of Mifflintown, Pennsylvania, born in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 4, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ional Shoop and Mary Shoop (Mohnasky); and her brother Fred Shoop. She is survived by: her children, Charles Parks (Stacy) of Belleville, Lisa Parks of Lewistown and Rachel Parks; her grandchildren, Gavin, Rhiley, Devin and Gunar Parks; and her sister-in-law Maxine Shoop of Minnesota.
