He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Stuter and Viola A. Snyder; and his son Gary Shoop. He is survived by: his wife Kathy J. (Sunderland); his children, Daniel Shoop (Carla Walters) of Hershey, Travis Shultz of Mill Creek, Christopher Shultz (Darcy) of Mifflintown, Mary Shultz (Matt Myers) of Mifflintown, Alyson Shoop of Mifflintown, Chayse Filler of Mifflintown and Andrew Shoop (Stephanie) of Mifflintown; his siblings, Verna Soltis of Mifflintown, Alva Vawn (Charles) of Mifflintown, Catherine Shughart (Ronald) of Carlisle and Steven R. Snyder (Cathy) of Liverpool; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 1 great grandson.
