He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth C. Stahl and Minnie Campbell Stahl; and his wife Nancy Lou Mull. He is survived by: his children, William Stahl Jr. (Debra), Alan Stahl (Diane), Barbara Packer (John) of Mifflinburg and Carol Wagner (Gary) of Mifflinburg; his grandchildren, Barry, Jessica, Nichole, Yvonne, Nathan and Chastity; and his close friend Carol Reedy. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren, 6 brothers, one sister.
