He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Wagner and Carrie Wagner (Warburton); his wife Karen L. Wagner; and his brothers, John Wagner and Gary Wagner.
He is survived by: his children, Christina Smith (Brian) of Willow Street and Scott Wagner (Lora) of Mifflinburg; his siblings, Orvis Wagner, Kermit Wagner (Joyce), Michael Graham (Gloria) and Teresa Shuck (Greg); and his close friend Carol Reedy of Mifflinburg. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
