It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willard C. Raker of Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 27, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard C. Raker, Sr. and Mary Raker (Embick); his wife Marietta Jean Steese; his half-brothers, Chester Raker, Merrill Embick and Donald Schroyer; and his sisters, Hazel Strassner, Helen Loudenslager and Jackie Zimmerman.
He is survived by: his children, Lucy Cline of Mifflinburg and Mark; his daughter-in-law Angie Raker of Mifflinburg; his grandchildren, Amy Showers (Parker), Brooke Raker, Katie Raker and John Raker (Evelyn); and his great grandchildren, Teagan, Rowan Showers and Raelynn Raker.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Willard's memory may be sent to Mifflinburg Church of the Nazarene, 12 E. Market Street, Mifflinburg.
