She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester E. Johnson and Ellen C. Johnson; her husband Russel E. Walter; and her siblings, Ed Johnson and Mary Ellen Jordan.

She is survived by: her son Clifford E.; her daughter-in-law Deborah D. Walter of Mount Carmel; and her daughters, Nancy (Leon Montague) and Lisa (William Spickler). She is also survived by six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
