She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood E. Zartman and Ruth Alice Grove (Klingman); and her siblings, H. Lee Zartman and Carole Zartman. She is survived by: her son Will E. Zartman of Mifflinburg; her siblings, Robert (Jean Zartman), Joseph Zartman of Mifflinburg, Ruthann Hixson of White Deer and Jeanette Zartman of New York; her granddaughter Kassidy (Brant Royal) of Fort Bragg; and her great grandchild Samson Royal.
