He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Kulp and Ardena Kulp (Heltman); and his siblings, LaRue Kulp, Hazel Boone, Jeanie Lamey, Mabel Welshan, Dorothy Neese and Jane Auman.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy A. Smith; his daughters, Heidi Kulp (Wendy Trewitz) of Mifflinburg and Tammy Rhyne; his son-in-law Darren Rhyne of Mifflinburg; his grandchildren, Ashley Kulp, Travis Kulp and Paige Rhyne (Preston Hosterman); his great grandchildren, Willow Nogle and Oliver Nogle; his sister Liz; and his siblings-in-law, Earl Weaver of Loganton, Dale Neese of Howard, Jackie Kaler of Mifflinburg, Gene, Winnie Smith of Winfield and Paul Kaler of Lewisburg.
