He was predeceased by: his father Jack Clayton Shirk Sr. On. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Shirk (Revell) of Mifflinburg; his wife Tina M. Tyson; his children, Michael A. Shirk and Courtney M. Shirk; his granddaughter Micah M. Shirk; and his siblings, Jack C. Shirk, Jr. and Jill Gemberling of Lewisburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
