He is survived by: his daughters, Piper and Mia Bartholomew; the mother of his children Beth Mattern of Mifflinburg, PA; his siblings, Tammy Adams of Lewisburg, PA, Troy Adams (Amy) of The Plains, VA, Justin Bartholomew (Jen) of Sunbury, PA and Jay Lee Pronkoski, II; his uncle Leonard Swope; and his aunt Darcy of Milton, PA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
