He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Boop and Anna Boop (Noll); his brother Elwood Boop; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Hess and Jane Strickler.
He is survived by: his wife Florence C. Strickler; his daughter-in-law Tammy Boop of Mifflinburg; his daughters, Donna (Curtis Duke), Diane (Richard Rainar) and Sharon (Laird Zimmerman); his grandchildren, Jason (Brittany Duke), Sarah (Jon Keister), Karen (Santosh Kuruvilla), Daniel Rainar (Amanda Mueller), Tanya (Quincy Lantz), Clint (Amanda Stahl), Jennifer (Andrew Keister) and DJ (Haleigh Boop); his great grandchildren, Kinzley, Kingston Duke, Dylan Keister, Carter, Ethan Kuruvilla, Tamira Lantz, Isaiah Schweitzer, Natalie Stahl, Michael, Molly Keister and Baby Girl Rainar-Mueller; his sister Betty Hess of Millmont; and his brother-in-law Francis "Butch" Strickler.
