He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Klingman and Florence G. Klingman (Royer); and his wife Karen Elizabeth Rufty. He is survived by: his brothers, John A. Klingman, Jr. (Debbie) of Mifflinburg, Wayne E. Klingman (Paula) of Mifflinburg and Leonard (Bonnie Klingman); and his nephews, Perry Klingman (Brenda) and Corey Klingman (Tammy).
