He is survived by: his father Robert Kline; his wife Lee Ann; his sons, Jeremy C. and Jarrod; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Vaughn, Trent, Grant, Collin and Julia Kline; his great grandchild Brielle; his siblings, Gary, Pamela (Parker), Judy Lyon and KathyFlynn; and his sisters-in-law, Shelley Shank and Diane Shiloh.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the American DiabetesAssociation or the Arthritis Foundation, causes that were close to Dale's heart.
