He was predeceased by: his brother Jack; and his parents, Raymond Bingaman and Harriet Bingaman (Wilhour). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne J. Bingaman (Kane); his children, Lynn M. Charlton (Donald), Beth A and Chris J. Bingaman; and his grandchildren, Emma Charlton, Samuel Charlton, Ceejai Bingaman, Ember Bingaman, Terry and James.
