He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Bukowski and Jenny Bukowski (Scianna); and his son Michael Bukowski. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Bukowski (Fisher) of Reading, PA; his son Andy (Anthony M. Bukowski); and his siblings, Ronald Bukowski (Sandy) of Womelsdorf, PA, Joey Bukowski (Gloria) of Wernersville, PA and Phyllis Hoffman (Luke) of Wyomissing, PA..
