She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry E. Blaine and Beulah Gardner Blaine; her husband James W. Rosser; her daughters, Debbie Rosser of Washington and Susan Rosser of Levittown; and her grandchildren, James C. Rosser (Meghan), Rachel A. Sippel (James) and Joshua J. Gerard (Sarah). She was also cherished by nine great grandchildren.
