He is survived by: his daughters, Lucretia Mize and Katelyn Fedorko; his mother Anna Kanca Fedorko; his siblings, Christine Martin (Tim), Anna-Marie Fedorko and John Fedorko (Toni); his significant other Cindy Adams; and his nephews, Joshua Martin and Webber.
