He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kolar Kovacic; his son Milan Kovacic III; his grandchildren, Alexis of Midland and James Laney of Midland; his sister Kathy Bookamer (Herb) of Ellport, PA; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Miller (John) of Louisville, OH and James Kolar. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
