She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hickman and Dorothy Hickman; her daughter Audra Huff; and her brothers, Raymond "Ray" William Hickman, William "Bill" Dale Hickman and Samual Holzschuh.
She is survived by: her husband Howard Allen; her son Fred Blankenbicker (Paula); her sister-in-law Deborah Hickman; and her grandchildren, Taylor, Justin, Brooke, Miranda, Kathleen and Sara. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
