He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Spanik and Mary Liput Spanik; his wife Rita Weisenmiller Spanik; and his siblings, John, Mike, Elmer, Emil Spanik, Mary Reagan, Irene Ulizio, Helen Karas, Olga Scarsella and Dolores Ayers.
He is survived by: his nephew Michael Spanik (Sally). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
