He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Torres and Irene Vitela Torres; his son Jessie David Torres II; and his siblings, Irene Trevino, Andrea Torres, Sara Mireles, Julia Maloney, Ernest, Roselio, Jose, Henry and Richard Torres.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A Noah Torres; his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Shawndale Campbell; his sisters, Cecelia Torres, Louisa Torres and Eleanor Olash (Stanley); his grandchildren, Jessie, Dante, Brittany and Hannah; and his great grandchild Nahlani Mae.
