She is survived by: her sons, Jonathan Lewis (Meghan) and Justin Lewis; her grandson Jayden Lewis; and her siblings, John Lewchenko Jr., Deborah Baker, Michael Lewchenko, Julianne Lockard, Bernadette Lewchenko, Ramona Lewchenko, Robert Lewchenko and Daniel Lewchenko. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
