He was predeceased by: his parent John Henry Modany; and his brother-in-law Jerry A. Roman. He is survived by: his parent Patricia Ann Modany (Steele) of Midland; and his siblings, Terri Roman of Hopewell Twp, John Modany (Dana) of Wexford, Lynda Johnson (Bob) of Potomac, MD, Kevin Modany (Brittany) of Carmel, IN, Michelle Holloway (Cornell) of Rockville, MD and Toni Burke (Patrick) of Moon Twp. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Beaver County Cancer Association in memory of Jerry A. Roman.
