She was predeceased by: her parents, Svetko Kosanovich and Milicia Kosanovich; her husband Richard H. Yevak; and her siblings, Mike, Joe and Martha Kosanovich.
She is survived by: her children, Richard S. Yevak (Dana) and Cheryl K. Yevak.
