He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl John and Mary V. Mumma (Manning); his wife Dawn L. Mumma (Lopez); and his brothers, Earl J. Mumma, Jr. and Joseph T. Mumma.
He is survived by: his children, Mary J. Burger and William J. Mumma, Jr.; his grandson Justin M. Burger (Brittany Rahn); his great grandchildren, Jordan A. Burger and Landon Basch; and his pet Lucky.
