He is survived by: his parents, William Kametz and Cheryl Kametz (Sartori); his sister Nikki Kametz Lees; his brother-in-law Greg; his nephews, Cash and Jaxon; his uncles, Peter Sartori and Tom Kametz; and his aunt Barbara Trimble (Erica Lindbeck).
