He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Perkins and Abby Perkins (Schull); the mother of his children Mary Perkins; his son Robert Wesley Perkins; his foster parents, Clay Acheson and Susan Acheson; and his siblings, Frank Schull, Dolores Devlin and Harry Perkins.
He is survived by: his children, Rose (Terry Snyder) of Elizabethtown, Bill Perkins, Jr. of Marietta and Donna Perkins (Fiancé'Bruce Kronman); his grandchildren, Samantha Hallman (Doug), Hannah Breedlove, Kyra Perkins, Conner Grimecy and Brian William Breedlove; and his siblings, Laura Mason of New Jersey, Robert Perkins of West Chester and Alan Perkins of Texas.
