“In loving memory of William Frank, Willy and I attended school together from 1st grade till we graduated in 1998. I watched this guy get treated wrongly by many over the years while in school by those who I would hope have changed over the years. As years continued I didn’t see Willy since 1998 till only a few days ago at Karns’ in Middletown. He mentioned how he was hopeful for a class reunion at some point, in which I expressed the same hope, so the class of 1998 has to celebrate Willy! RIP!”
