He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred J. Goldsworthy and Nellie Goldsworthy (Everett); and his brother Fred Goldsworthy. He is survived by: his sister Ruth Miles; his wife Doris Letherbury Goldsworthy; and his children, William Goldsworthy (Gloria), Janet Maguire (Brian) and Sharon Orlando (Michael).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Lima United Methodist Church, PO Box 158, Lima, PA 19063.
