He was predeceased by: his parents, William Campbell and Anna Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Campbell; his children, Sandy Campbell and Scott Campbell (Sandy); and his grandchildren, Zackary, Lauren and Brooke. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
