It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Acker (Middletown, Pennsylvania), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 21, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Hobart W.; his wife Margaret Acker (Sugar); his son William Jr; and his sisters, Mary Mathis and Nancy Acker.
He is survived by: his parent Grace Acker (Ross); his children, Stephen Acker (Carolyn) of Ft and Molly Bushwaller (Bill) of Ft; his wife Leann Bathurst (Stauffer) of Hummelstown; his grandchildren, Jennifer Crater, Jonathan Acker, Sean Acker, Brandyn, Grace and Margaret Bathurst; his siblings, Peggy Walmer, Grace Acker and Hobart Acker; his brother-in-law Norm Mathis; and also Ann Bathurst (Troy) of Middletown.
