He was predeceased by: his mother Viola Grace Yowler; and his son John Yowler. He is survived by: his children, George Wallace (Jill), Ben Yowler (Frances) and Evelyn L. Coldsmith (Adam Martin); his grandchildren, Mason Wallace (Haley), Vada Wallace and Olivia Wallace; and his former wife Margaret Ann Wallace.

In lieu of flowers memorials contributions may be made to the Pennsylvania Wounded Warriors Inc., 1117 Country Club Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
