We are sad to announce that on November 4, 2021, at the age of 27, Tyler Daugherty of Middletown, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Nicole A. Kotay; and his grandfather John Daugherty. He is survived by: his father Mark A. Daugherty; his grandparents, Michael and Cheryl Beck of Middletown; his sister Ashley Daugherty (Nikki McGuigan); his aunt Stacy; and his uncle David Shomper.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tyler's name to St. Jude at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
