He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tuffy and Ann Tuffy (Flynn); and his brother Jerry Tuffy. He is survived by: his children, Michael S. Tuffy (Susan) of Middletown, Tara R. Dangerfield, Leanne M. Luna (Brian) of Erie and Charlene Dearing (Josh); his siblings, Jim Tuffy and Ann Chester; and his grandchildren, Kyle, TJ, Kristina, Jacob and Gibby.
