He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Ray and Joan Smith (Nicholsen). He is survived by: his wife Amy Hope (Froelich); his children, Sarah Smith and Cris Estes; his grandchildren, Damian Duncan, Sophia Branch and Quinton Branch; and his siblings, Kenneth Smith, Jr. (Donna Kay), Kathy Smith, Robin Smith and Donna Mount (Dale). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
