She was predeceased by: her parents, Forry Willard and Mariam Willard (Honey); and her brother Jim Willard. She is survived by: her husband Charles Frank (Chuck); her brother-in-law John Robert Frank; and her pet Koda. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
