She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kleinfelter and Gladys Kleinfelter (Saltzer); and her brothers, Robert and David Kleinfelter. She is survived by: her husband Dan Carter; her children, Dan Carter, Jr. (Nikki Longenecker) of York and Kelsey Carter of Tx; her brothers, Stephen Kleinfelter (Cindy) of Middletown and William Kleinfelter (Connie); her grandchildren, AJ, Olivia, Harmony and Caleb; her close friend Holly Zipp; and her friend Tami Quackenbush. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
