He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert W. Hickoff and Geraldine Hickoff (Wasson); and his brother Ronald W. Hickoff. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hickoff (Schneider); his daughter Debra L. Wolfe (Scott) of Jonestown; his sister Judith Horetsky; his grandchildren, Austyn, Dylan Shank, Justin Wolfe and Whitney Szobocsan; and his pet Zoe "Goober".
