He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Phyllis Lorraine Spyker (Shull) and Richard Lee Kiner; his wife Fay Elleanor Stickle (Rice); his children, Stephen K. Kiner, Jr. (Jennifer), Victoria J. Rivera (Carlos), Brian Stickle (Heather) and David Rice; his grandchildren, Matthew, Emily, Dylan, Jasmine, Heaven, Logan, Hunter, Tanisha and David, Jr.; his great grandchild Liam; and his brother Ronald A. Kiner.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Kuppy's Diner Cruise In for 2022.
