She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Folks and Mildred Folks (Mayers); her husband Theodore Lawrence, Jr.; and her sister JoAnn Chivis. She is survived by: her son Jan-Michael Lawrence of Lancaster; and her siblings, Brenda Thomas (Robert) of Middletown and Williams Folks (Nancy) of Annapolis, MD. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends.
