It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell M. Phillips of Middletown, Pennsylvania, born in Darby, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 30, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen A. Flynn Phillips; his son Russell "Rusty" W. Phillips; and his brothers, Pierce Phillips (Judith Ann) and Paul Phillips (Christine).
