He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Earhart and Alberta Earhart (Newin). He is survived by: his wife Gail Earhart; his sons, Russell Earhart, Jr. of Elizabethtown and Bryon Earhart Snow (Donald) of Middletown; and his brother Larry Earhart (Faye) of Annville. He is also survived by nine step-grandchildren; four step-great grandchildren.
