He was predeceased by: his parents, William Keefer and Ella Geraldine Keefer (Gingrich). He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Keefer of Royalton, Felecia Keefer of Royalton, Sherry Keefer of Royalton and Courtney Dickinson (Evan) of New Cumberland; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Ryleigh and Wren; and his brother Barry Keefer (Joyce).
