He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Tetzloff and Louise Tetzloff (Camden). He is survived by: his wife Debbie K. Tetzloff (Crumlich); and his sons, Lance Tetzloff (Gayle), Rodger A. Tetzloff, Jr., Michael L. Crumlich (Heather), Toby J. Crumlich (Ruth Confair-Crumlich) and Bryan A. Tetzloff. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren.
